Terms & Refund Policy
These terms govern the purchase and use of the Lumivue desktop media player (the “App”), sold by afive. By purchasing you agree to them.
What you are buying
Lumivue is a standalone desktop media player for macOS (Apple Silicon), Windows, and Linux. The one-time payment of $4.99 USD grants a perpetual license to use the App on a single device. The purchase does not include and Lumivue does not provide any media content, channels, playlists, M3U links, Xtream credentials, EPG/guide data, streaming accounts, IPTV/TV services, or third-party subscriptions. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access and play any media sources you add to the App.
License
Your license key is bound to one device and is for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key. The license may be revoked if the purchase is refunded or charged back.
Refund policy
Because the App is a digital good delivered instantly (your license key is issued the moment payment completes), purchases are generally non-refundable once the key has been issued. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from installing or activating the App and we cannot resolve it, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will provide a refund at our discretion.
EU/UK customers: by completing the purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal once delivery (issuance of your license key) has begun.
Privacy
Payments are processed by Stripe; afive does not store your card details. To enforce the single-device license, the App generates a device fingerprint that is stored against your payment record solely for activation and license validation. We do not collect, store, or have access to any media sources, credentials, or content you use within the App.
